Our high-performance cleaning systems for continuous products such as stamping strips, wires, and belts. Originally developed for stamping and forming technology, the system can be used universally for continuous product cleaning.

The modular construction makes possible a system solution that is adjusted to your needs in order to achieve the best possible cleaning result. You have the choice between our standard combinations or a customized special configuration that has been evaluated in a cleaning test.

Module 1#:

• Aqueous, double-sided spray cleaning with permanently mounted flat jet nozzles with a pressure of 10 to 100 bar.
• 225-liter working container
• De-mineralized water with auxiliary detergent at 60°C

Module 2#:

• Aqueous, double-sided spray cleaning with permanently mounted flat jet nozzles with a pressure of 1 to 6 bar.
• Rinsing of the strip to remove detergent residues.
• 225-liter working container
• Demineralized water with recovery at 60°C

Module 3#:

• Drying with a side-channel compressor
• Adjustable slot nozzles
• No compressed air
• Adjustable vapor extraction unit
• Hot air drying via an adjustable heater up to 120°C

Additional Notes…

• The rinsing step is generally recommended for high requirements and when using an auxiliary detergent to remove any detergent residue.
• The feed direction can be freely chosen.
• Other modules are possible (steaming, brushing, preserving, passivating, etc.).
