At the start / end of each coil the system will produce and segregate a sample length of product for inspection purposes.

Interchangeable Material Chutes, Available.

Product being rewound is controlled via proportional loop controllers.

Paper Interleaving Units can be opted for in the machine build, either pneumatically or servo controlled.

Coil Diameter Monitoring is available as option extra.

Ease to operate Touch Panel, fully networkable to Industry 4.0 systems.
