MACH 2026 Off To A Flying Start For Bruderer UK

Day one at MACH 2026 for Bruderer UK got off to an exceptional start, with strong visitor numbers and high‑quality enquiries from the moment the doors opened. Interest was particularly strong around the UK exclusive launch of the latest Bruderer BSTA 280‑88 high‑performance press, unveiled fitted with the new BSV170 servo feeder and the advanced B3 Control system.

Taking centre stage on the stand, the BSTA 280‑88 was showcased running live as a fully integrated complete production line, producing parts throughout the day. This in‑production setup allowed visitors to see first‑hand the precision, speed, and reliability that Bruderer presses are renowned for, as well as the seamless interaction between press, feeder, and control platform and other peripheral equipment such as the Leicht decoiler and re-winder. The live demonstrations prompted detailed technical discussions around productivity gains, flexibility, and process control in modern high‑speed stamping operations.

Alongside the UK exclusive launch, Bruderer UK also drew significant attention with two further machines operating continuously in full production. The SBT multi‑stage machine demonstrated its capability to handle complex, multi‑operation component manufacturing combining a servo feeder, welding, press-station, tapping unit and assembly module, with efficiency and accuracy, while the Biegema multi‑slide machine impressed visitors with its versatility, compact footprint, and ability to produce intricate components. Together, these exhibits highlighted the breadth of Bruderer UK’s offering and its ability to support a wide range of high‑volume, precision manufacturing applications.

With three machines running live, visitors to the stand were able to experience a rare, comprehensive view of press and forming technology in action, making stand 6‑479 the most dynamic and engaging in the MMMA Metalworjing Village located in hall 6. The Bruderer UK team were busy throughout the day with discussions around new projects and future investments.

MACH 2026 is taking place from 20–24 April 2026 at the NEC, Birmingham, and with so much live equipment on show, there is plenty to see on the Bruderer UK stand. The strong momentum from day one sets the tone for a successful week, and Bruderer UK looks forward to welcoming more visitors and continuing conversations around high‑performance stamping, multi‑stage forming, and automation‑ready solutions.
