Bruderer Precision BBV180 Feed

These purely mechanical roller feeds have been synonymous with precision and reliability for decades. They are driven directly from the main shaft of the high-performance stamping press via a cardan shaft. The feed motion is generated by oscillating feed rolls and clamping bars, which securely hold the strip material during the stamping process. The feed length can be adjusted continuously either manually or by motor. The strip lift function enables precise release of the strip material, ensuring the optimum operation of the pilot pins in the stamping tool. Lubrication and cooling are provided by the central lubrication system of the high-performance stamping press.
